This page explains how to delete your Battlin account and the personal data associated with it. You can do it directly from the app, from our web portal, or by emailing us — no special tools required.

01Three ways to delete your account

Choose whichever works for you. All three result in the deletion of your Battlin account and associated personal data, subject to the limited retention described below.

Option A · In-app

Delete in the app

  1. Open Battlin and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your request is logged immediately.
Option B · Email us

Request by email

Can't access the app or the web portal? Email us at battlin@kinvrs.com from your registered email address with your in-game handle. We verify ownership using the email or phone number registered to your account, so no sign-in is required.

Option C · Web portal

Delete from the web portal

  1. Open the Battlin web portal in your browser and log in.
  2. Go to Profile Settings.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Scroll to Account actions.
  5. Click Delete account and confirm.

02What is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following is removed or anonymized, except where we are required to retain it (see below).

Deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Profile details — name, handle, contact info, city
  • In-game IDs and gameplay preferences
  • Personally identifiable tournament registration data
  • Support conversations linked to your identity

May be retained

  • Records required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
  • Information needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud, cheating or abuse
  • De-identified or aggregated competitive records (e.g. past leaderboard results)
  • Data we must keep to enforce our agreements or comply with lawful requests

03Timing & retention

We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and process them within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law. In principle, we remove your personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been met. However, as noted above, we may retain certain personal information after your account is closed where retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our statutory legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce our policies and agreements. Retained data is held only for as long as required and is then deleted or anonymized. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
