We comply with all applicable laws related to personal information and strive to protect the rights of individual players by adopting this Privacy Policy ("Policy") in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information about you during and after your relationship with us.

We provide various video games and game services, including "Battlin" (the "App"), and services ("Service(s)") to players.

We collect information about you and the Services that you use. Information may also be required to enter a contract with you or to perform a contract with you (such as providing the Service at your request), and failure to provide any information may result in our inability to provide the requested services or products. The information we collect falls into two different categories: information collected directly from you, and information collected automatically.

- Gameplay-related preferences, and performance data to provide AI-based service.

To improve the quality of our Service, we utilize Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technology in the course of operating the Service. The AI technology applied to the Service is designed to generate results that match user choices based on predefined datasets and rules and does not provide users with customized results by learning from their service usage data.

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services. The type of information that we automatically collect may vary, but generally includes:

06International data transfers

07Retaining and deleting personal information
